I could live without newspaper or Radio. I don’t really read the newspaper or listen to the radio so its all good! I could not live without the internet and i guess television. I like internet and televison. I use internet all the time on my iPod

6 things that I can contribute effectively as part of my group is being respectful, Help my group at all times, always think of new ideas and try my best all the time. My Favorite radio station is "Voice of Kurdistan" (Radio Dengi Kurdistan - Duhok). It is my favorite radio because it is from my country and it brodcast music, news, talk shows and entertainment from South Kurdistan 24 hours a day.

I choose this article because it is about my country "Kurdistan" i think Turkey is taking a big step in resolving the Kurdish Problem in Turkey. since 1978 until now Turkey and Kurds are fighting agiast each other. more than 30,000 civils have been killed from both sides. We as PKK want peace. They regonize PKK as a terrorist Organization because we fight for our freedom. Kurdish Language is banned in Turkey.

Slumdong Millionaire won the best Oscars on Feb 22. The Short film won the best film of the year “La maison en Petits Cubes”. Kate Winslet was the best actress of animated film. I didn’t watch it because I don’t like it.

The best Deal on X-Box 360 for a new one is $230.91, i think this is a very good deal. It’s a good price becaise its very cheap and X-box is good! I’ve only used eBay three times because i don’t trust it at all.

I think it was voted one of the top ten because the babies are really cute and holds the viewer’s attention and then shows a more serious picture about what is happening. Mostly, i though that the babies were rather cute and funny, but it wasn’t the best commercial i’ve seen.

Blog #16 – How many cell phone text messages are sent and received each day around the world? If everyone was limited to 5 text messages sent and 3 text messages received each day. .. what would you think? Would you care or be able to cope with the change? Why or why not?
About 8 billion texts are sent daily, or 92 thousand every second. I would think that would be retarded, what if people were in danger and needed to contact someone? I think I would be able to cope, if thats how it was to begin with, but not now, its so much easier to make plans with people, and get ahold of them.

I think i would probably end up losing it because i dont think that it would be fair if everyone could text but me. I wouln’t be upset if i could text as well but i mean if i cant text evryone shouldn’t be able to text. I would deal with it by probably borrowing someones phone and texting.

I think we would be able to manange without cell phones, I do believe life would almost be better without them because we wouldnt be lacking communication skills between people. I believe that texting has really cut down on our communicating skills with everyone.

This video is very graphic! It is disturbing to watch. It makes you realize what texting and driving can do. The commercial was long and sad. It shows the result of people who were texting and got in an accident and it effected more than just them.

The Movies that are playing at the Galaxy now are: New Moon, Date Night, Green Zone, and the Wolfman. The Movie I would most like to see is Green Zone but I think it’s a cool Movie and I like it. My Favorite snack at the treater is Popcorn

We decided to do the water fountain thing. Five things to do were call action call cut tell the actor what to do watch the videoing and be in charge. I dont reallly care what i am in the scene.

I’m listening to the teacher and followibg instructions so i can make a good impression to the substitute teacher today. I don’t like any reality shows and i don’t watch any either. so i wouldn’t know.

My first two days of the week in school have been so strussful. I’m sick and I’m behind on my work but hopefully everything will be good soon!
Blog #33 – Google the CTV News Net “Computer Virus or April Fool’s Joke” news broadcast on March 23rd. What did you learn? (3-4 sentences).
This could be a big deal according to many people. Alot of other sites say that the Canadian Internet Registration Authority has issued a warning about the latest version of the Conficker worm, which could possibly have infected any computers running a Microsoft operating system which is a lot of computers in households. It also has a lot defensive measures designed to evade detection and removal by disabling Windows Automatic Updates and Windows Security Center. Apparently 3 to 12 million computers are supposed to be infected. Also who sets up this worm is still a mystery but Microsoft is offering lots of money for someone to give up the creator of the Conficker worm. I learned that it could be a big deal but I’m not worried about it seeing as my stupid laptop is broken and not gonna be on them so its whatever basically.

I personally enjoy reading a good, well written novel over a magazine any day. Five magazines are, Time, People, Esquire, Real Simple and Us Weekly and my favorite is Time magazine.

Twiter is a Social Networking website where you can add friends, and Socialize. It is kind of like Facebook but I think its more popular than Facebook. I never have used Twitter so I don’t know much about it.
Blog #39 – Go to the West Jet website and find the best price/deal you can for a flight to Honolulu, Hawaii, leaving tomorrow or the next available day and returning a week after arrival. State the price and times of departure & arrival and connecting flights and times that need to be made on the way there and back.
It will cost $573.99 to go to Honolulu if i leave tomorrow and 897.99 to come back come back on the 30th.
I’ll leave Regina at 1:00pm arrive at 2:15 and leave Honolulu at 1:50pm and get to Regina at 3:08pm.

I would Want to interview Şivan Perwer, he’s a musician from my country and I want to interview him because He’s the best and I love him. He sings about Freedom and Love.

Susan Boyle is an amazing singer. When I first saw her I didn’t think she’d be able to sing at all. The video on youtube now has well over 30million hits and shows how talented she really is. She hasn’t even won the show yet and she’s already been signed onto a contract for singing and writing songs.

Java Post Productions is a major audio and recording facility that works with many TV shows and producers, an example would be Corner Gas. They are located in the Regina area and work with high definition audio. They add a lot of the audio into movies, tv shows etc and they also do a lot of different work with photos and tv shows. They can really change the backgrounds of scenes and photos to make them look much better.

Swine influenza (also called swine flu, hog flu, pig flu and sometimes, the swine) is an infection by any one of several types of swine influenza virus. Swine influenza virus (SIV) is any strain of the influenza family of viruses that is endemic in pigs.As of 2009, the known SIV strains include influenza C and the subtypes of influenza A known as H1N1, H1N2, H3N1, H3N2, and H2N3.
Swine influenza virus is common throughout pig populations worldwide. Transmission of the virus from pigs to humans. I would rate it about a 5, it’s more dangerous for older people, younger people, or ill people. Yet, for healthy citizens it is not harmful.

I learned that Sharon Osbourne made fun of Susan Boyle on a radio show. She made fun of her and called her a “slapped arse”. She also appologised on Twitter, but only around 100,000 people would have saw that. Compared to the millions that were listening to the radio. The next part of the article was about how the stars changed their style like, Micheal Jackson, Madonna, Kelly Clarkson, ect. They all changed greatly since they started being famous to now!

This article is about a young girl who started a Facebook group called “Hit a Prep”. This group encouraged other teens to target people who wear certain brands of clothing, and hit them on a specific date. The spokesperson of the girl’s school division said they will talk to the girl. The page has since been taken down.

Her performance was pretty good! In the semi final she won first and of course made it to the finale. She beat out alot of contestents, I couldn’t find the exact number but it was alot. The finale is on channel 8 I do believe at eight oclock pm sometime this week!

Kevin Ray Underwood explored the darkest recesses of his psyche on his blog. At 26, the Oklahoman acted on these black desires, abducting, killing and raping a child—whom he was planning to eat.
I think that this person did not do this because of genetics, i think he did this because of how he felt growing up and because of his social surroundings. I think this was the worst story because of all the different things he would do to people, and then not just that, but eat them as well.
